Raymer's Homemade Candies is a family business owned and operated by Mark and Sue Raymer with lots of help and support from their children and grandchildren. Making homemade candies has long been a "love affair" for Raymer who learned the art from his father-in-law who made candy in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin for over 50 years before retiring in 1969. The old, proven recipes were introduced in the late 1880's and we use the same natural ingredients today as back then. The "pan candies" are recipes based on the natural caramelization of fresh cream and sugar, poured into pans or hand rolled. These are the candies that have been trademarks for this family business for over 80 years. The Candy Today Our candies come prepackaged or we will hand-pack any box to your specifications. Fresh roasted pecans, almonds, cashews, peanuts, and a large selection of hard candy, specialty candies, and novelties round out a selection that is sure to please any candy lover; as we continue to expand, we invite you as an individual or as a group to come view the candy making process. Call ahead to see when your favorite kind is being made, or just drop in anytime - there are always samples waiting to be tried. Guided tours are available to groups with prior reservations - OR - plan a "Candy Dipping Party" for your child's birthday. made on the same equipment as candies containing nuts. It is possible that some products
may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
